At Proffiz Realty (“Proffiz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments, fees, and commissions made to Proffiz Realty or its authorized franchisees may be refunded or forfeited.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
Property bookings made through Proffiz Realty or its franchise offices.
Franchise fees, marketing service charges, and campaign payments.
Lead generation, promotional, and consulting services offered under the Proffiz brand.
2. Property Booking Refunds
2.1 Booking Amounts:
Any property booking made through Proffiz Realty is governed by the respective builder’s or developer’s refund policy.
Proffiz Realty acts only as a facilitator and does not control or authorize refunds for cancellations made with the developer.
2.2 Customer Responsibility:
Customers must contact the respective builder/developer directly for refunds related to cancelled or modified bookings.
Proffiz Realty will assist in coordination but will not be liable for refund delays, deductions, or rejections by third parties.
3. Franchise Fees
3.1 The Franchise Fee paid to Proffiz Realty is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes withdrawals, business closure, or non-performance by the franchisee.
3.2 In case of termination by the Franchisor due to breach of agreement, misconduct, or non-compliance, all pending commissions and balances shall be forfeited as per the Franchise Agreement.
4. Marketing & Lead Services
4.1 Payments made for advertising campaigns, digital promotions, or lead generation services are non-refundable once the service is initiated.
4.2 If a campaign is delayed or paused due to technical reasons, Proffiz may offer a service credit or rescheduling option at its discretion.
4.3 Refunds will not be issued for underperformance, as results may vary based on market conditions and customer behavior.
5. Training & Consultancy Services
Fees paid for training, business consultation, or CRM integration support are non-refundable once the session or onboarding process has commenced.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If a customer or franchisee has made a duplicate or excess payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 30–45 working days, after verification and necessary deductions (if any).
7. Refund Processing
7.1 All approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or UPI, within 30 working days of confirmation.
7.2 The company may request supporting documents such as payment receipts or transaction IDs for verification.
7.3 Proffiz Realty shall not be responsible for delays caused by bank or payment gateway failures.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
Franchise Registration Fees
CRM Access or Software Subscriptions
Branding & Marketing Material Costs
Commission Paid on Completed Transactions
Third-Party Service Charges (e.g., Builders, Banks, Vendors)
9. Disputes
All disputes related to refunds or cancellations shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and subject to jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, Tamilnadu.
